To confirm your treatment date we require a 50% deposit, with the remainder of the balance being due no later than two weeks prior to your scheduled treatment date.

Below we have outlined the costs that are not covered in the standard treatment price. These costs are required for final approval and must be completed prior to scheduling treatment. We are happy to offer logistical support throughout the entire on-boarding process.

Pre-treatment labs

A number of lab tests are required to be completed and returned before final treatment clearance can be obtained. These tests can be ordered by your home physician and are not included in the price of treatment, however they may be covered by certain health insurance programs. A lab requisition can also be provided if you would like to complete the labs with our partner laboratory Labcorp.

Telomere testing [optional]

Telomeres are a unique part of the DNA that change and improve with better nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, and other lifestyle factors. We use telomeres as a measurement to quantify treatment results. This test may not be available for order in certain regions. Begin the process here →

Can you help me obtain the required lab work?

Yes we can! We have partnerships with LabCorp and Dynacare in the United States and Canada that our patients may utilize to complete the required pre-treatment lab work.

Are flights included?

We do offer logistical support throughout the entire process. However flights are not included in the base treatment cost.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, your deposit is fully refundable up to one month prior to your treatment date.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we do, we are currently offering a $1000 discount for patients that must quarantine upon arrival. *This cannot be combined with any other discounts. You can learn more here about current travel restrictions here.

Is accommodation included?

We are happy to help you choose where to stay. However, accommodation is not included in the base treatment cost.

How much do the pre-treatment labs cost?

The lab portion of our pre-treatment panel can be completed for $500 USD through our partner Labcorp. This can be used towards the final treatment cost. Please contact our patient management team to begin the process.
