Patient Onboarding Instructions

Follow these three simple steps outlined below to begin the treatment onboarding process for DVC Stem's IRB-approved culturally expanded mesenchymal stem cell treatment located in Grand Cayman, BWI.

Please download our pre-treatment checklist. Medical history, exams, imaging and labs should be provided by your primary care physician or specialist.

Final Review

Our patient management team will work with you to make sure you have completed all of the required documents.

Once submitted, your package will be reviewed by our medical team and final treatment clearance may be granted.

In certain cases, additional documentation may be requested before clearance can be issued. 

Things to note:
  • All of the items listed in the "Treatment Prerequisites" document are required.
  • Our medical team will be unable to begin final review until all documents are received.

Booking a treatment date

Once your package is approved, our patient management team will help you schedule a treatment date.

Things to note:
  • 50% deposit is required to schedule a treatment date
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 2 weeks prior to treatment.
How to submit payment:
  • An invoice will be provided via email by our patient management team with specific payment instructions.
  • Payment can be made either over the phone (1 877 382 7836) or via cc authorization form.
  • We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Bank/Wire Transfers and Advance Care Card.
